PHE's Mining division is looking for a talented QAQC/Completions Coordinator to join the team. This role will report to the Construction Manager and will ensure consultation of appropriate stakeholders is undertaken while providing oversight of our direct labour force on allocated projects which are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
This role will be based at a remote mine site in the Northern Territory on a 2 &1 roster with 12-hour days.
In this role, you will:
* Promote/ensure safe work practices on the job and abide by all WH&S & Environmental Acts and Regulations
* Manage the Smart Completions database and assist in preparing construction verification handover packs
* Maintain Electrical Worker & Calibration Register
* Develop manufacturers Data Reports
* Participate in client punch list walkdowns
* Liaise and report to external Clients
* Coordinate and promote continuous quality improvement
ABOUT YOU:
* Minimum 2 years' experience working as an E&I Completions Coordinator
* Previous experience using Smart Completions
* Strong commitment to safety, customer satisfaction and quality
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to meet targets under pressure
* The Ability to read and interpret construction and commissioning schedules
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Computer literacy and a willingness to learn and apply corporate software systems
The successful candidate will have:
* White / Blue Construction Card
* Current Unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence
