About the Role: As a shuttle driver, you will be the first and last point of contact for many guests, offering a warm welcome and ensuring safe and timely transport. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional airport transfers and support hotel operations with seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transport guests between the hotel and Darwin International Airport in a safe and courteous manner
* Offer assistance with luggage handling and provide a welcoming introduction to the property
* Maintain a clean, presentable, and roadworthy shuttle vehicle at all times
* Communicate professionally with front office and duty teams regarding transfer schedules
* Complete basic vehicle checks, sign in/out sheets, refuelling logs, and incident reports when required
* Ensure adherence to all road safety requirements and company driving procedures
* Represent our values through excellent customer service and local knowledge
