The Role
As a key member of our community, you will report directly to the Director of Communication and Engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include attending to visitors, assisting with enrolment inquiries, and operating the main telephone switchboard.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Cash handling and receipting of school fees
* Assisting Admissions with prospectus correspondence
* School function ticketing and RSVPs
* Bulk mail out coordination via mail Merge
Working Arrangements
This is a part-time role that operates as a job-share, with hours ranging from 8 am to 12:45 pm during school term and 9 am to 4 pm (one week on, one week off) during school holidays.
