**Job Title:** Pharmacy Professional
We are seeking a skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team. As a pharmacy professional, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding patient experience while helping us grow the business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
* Implement efficient dispensary systems and processes.
* Collaborate with medical professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
* Educate and consult with patients regarding medications.
* Dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with pharmacy guidelines.
* Manage stock ordering, inventory, and ensure a safe working environment.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy; APHRA registration with no restrictions.
* Experience as a pharmacist or pharmacy manager in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with dispensing S4/S8 medications and processing orders.
* Proficiency with pharmacy software (Z Software preferred).
* Vehicle for travel between clinics.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, project/time management, and solution-focused mindset.
* Possession of a passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
