As a key member of our day-to-day tour operations team, you will oversee daily tours, scheduling, vehicle logistics, and resource planning. You will provide leadership and support to our team of guides, drivers, and operational crew, ensuring they are fully prepared with the right tools, information, and support to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have experience in tourism, tour operations, logistics or hospitality supervision, with strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. They must be able to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities in a remote location, and be comfortable working with technology and booking systems.
We are looking for someone who is proactive in problem-solving and guest care, and has a knowledge of or interest in Indigenous culture and Central Australian tourism. Desirable qualifications include Senior First Aid Certificate and Vehicle Passenger Authority (or willingness to obtain).
