As the first point of contact for many prospective families, the Enrolment Officer plays a key role in guiding families through the enrolment journey and promoting the College as a welcoming and thriving learning community.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing enrolment enquiries, applications and offers
* Coordinating tours, interviews and orientation activities
* Maintaining accurate enrolment records and data
* Supporting scholarship and bursary administration
* Building relationships with prospective families and feeder schools
* Assisting with Open Days and community events
About You
You will demonstrate:
* Experience in enrolments, admissions or customer engagement
* Outstanding communication and relationship‐building skills
* Strong administrative capability and attention to detail
* Experience using databases, CRM or student management systems (ideally Enrol HQ)
* A warm, professional and highly organised approach
