We are currently recruiting Disability Support Workers to join our passionate team across multiple locations in Caboolture and Sunshine Coast.
About the Role:
You'll provide exceptional care and meaningful support to individuals living with disabilities in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes across the Sunshine Coast.
Our 24-hour care model offers a variety of shifts—morning, afternoon, and overnight—as part of a supportive rotating roster.

Tasks and Responsibilities
 * Assistance with clients' daily living activities and social outings per participants daily activity schedule.
 * Management and Administration of medication
 * Implementation of Individual Care Plans and Behaviour Support Strategies
 * Support clients' mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
 * General household tasks including cleaning, laundry, bedmaking, meal preparation.
 * Complete Client documentation and reporting as appropriate
 * Maintain privacy and confidentiality of clients.
To succeed in this role, you would need to possess:
 * Australian Drivers License
 * Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
 * First Aid Certificate & CPR Certification
 * NDIS Workers Screening Check (Yellow Card) & Working with Children check(Blue card)
 * Reliable Smart Phone with Data
 * Availability for rotating rosters, including weekends and sleepovers.
 * Strong communication, reliability and a genuine passion for care.
 * Patient, flexible and understanding.
 * Experience or interest in the Management of complex behaviours'
 * Reliable and adaptable to work with range of clients.
 * Commitment to the rights of people with disabilities to live dignified lives.
 * Able to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Able to cope with the physical demands of the job.
