This role will work closely with internal development and construction teams, external consultants, and authorities to ensure design integrity, compliance, and buildability throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate architectural, structural, and services design across all project phasesLiaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure timely approvals and complianceReview and resolve design issues to support construction efficiency and quality outcomesEnsure alignment between design intent, planning approvals, and delivery requirementsLead design documentation reviews and manage consultant deliverablesSupport the Development and Construction teams with technical input and design risk managementContribute to value engineering and design optimisation initiativesAbout You5+ years' experience in design coordination or design management within high-density residential or mixed-use projectsStrong understanding of BCA, planning controls, and construction methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficient in reviewing architectural and engineering documentationTertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline#J-18808-Ljbffr
