Legal Administrative Assistant Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our highly regarded Real Estate team in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to Partners and assist with various tasks, including preparing contracts, conducting research, drafting correspondence, and managing diaries.

The ideal candidate will have a background in legal administrative support, preferably in Real Estate, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of finance-related software, such as Elite or other similar systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of contracts and uploads to Docusign
* InfoTrack searching
* Drafting correspondence, document preparation, and amendments
* Proactive diary management, answering calls, and monitoring emails
* Managing the team's finance requirements, including file opening, billing, reporting, trust requirements, expense claims, accounts payable, and audit letters
* Managing all general administrative requirements, including mail, scanning, and printing

Requirements:
* A background in legal administrative support, preferably in Real Estate
* Energetic, enthusiastic, team player committed to providing high-level proactive support
* Organized and efficient, looking for an opportunity to be involved in providing outstanding service to the team and clients
* Knowledge of finance-related software, such as Elite or other similar systems
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
