**What's your Nextt Role?**
You will be part of our Melbourne Team based at our Camberwell Offices. Being motivated to assist in delivering exceptional service to our NDIS participants supporting and assisting them to achieve their goals and live an independent life. Reporting to the Operations Manager, Melbourne you will take ownership of your own group of participants within set areas of Melbourne and manage all client referrals, on-boarding, engagement, and service delivery throughout their journey with The Nextt Group.
**This includes**:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, their families, external providers, and internal stakeholders 
- Assisting participants to maximize the perks of their package/plan in an acceptable timeframe and within allocated funding 
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding of new participants 
- Ensuring participant needs, preferences for support workers are captured and briefed into scheduling and people and culture teams 
- Implement care plans in line with NDIS participant needs 
- Facilitating ongoing support to our NDIS participants by providing an exceptional customer experience, engagement, and support in the achievement of their goals 
- Capturing and maintaining client information across various management systems 
- Implementing and managing critical incident reporting, compliance, and client retention 
- Supporting the regional management team with the implementation of strategic business planning

- Client Interaction role in Disability, Health or related background will be highly regarded 
- Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing active supports and strength-based recovery approaches to support participants to have a meaningful life 
- Experience of the intake / assessment function, planning and service delivery within NDIS Framework 
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
