You will be responsible for engaging with top-tier institutional clients in supporting capital raising, business retention, fund formation and venture management.
As a member of the APAC Investor Relations function this role will see you partner closely with the senior executive team to develop and execute strategic capital raising initiatives.
Collaborate with the portfolio management and investment teams in debt structuring and acquisition work.
Candidates of interest are those with experience from a similar alternative investor relations role, investment banking or debt structuring.
A strong interest in the real estate sector and desire to develop expertise within the global investor landscape is essential.
Ideally you will bring strong analytical and financial modelling skills coupled with excellent attention to detail.
