**The opportunity**
As a Direct Banker, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of the ME Home Lending Business Plan. This role is designed for new Bank lenders, so we will allow you time to start a portfolio, acquire referral resources and build your repuation in the local marker. Overall this will lead to you providing great financial outcomes for our customers.
But we're not just looking for someone with sales skills. We want someone who truly cares about our clients and can provide the exceptional customer service that sets us apart from the competition. You should be able to listen to our clients' needs and provide them with the right home lending solution for their unique situation.
