About The Team
The DoorDash Australia Franchise Ads Sales Team focuses on scaling the adoption of DoorDash's marketing solutions—Sponsored Listings and Promotions—across franchise networks within some of our largest Enterprise Restaurant partners. Franchise businesses are often independently owned and operated, even when part of a large corporate brand. Our team exists to support those individual franchise owners, helping them grow demand and visibility through tailored advertising strategies.
About The Role
As a Franchise Account Executive, you will drive the adoption and performance of DoorDash's advertising solutions—Sponsored Listings and Promotions—across franchisee‐owned locations within Enterprise Restaurant brands. In this post‐sales role, you'll work directly with individual franchise owners to understand their business goals, educate them on DoorDash's marketing products, and deliver strategies that drive incremental growth. You'll partner closely with the Enterprise Account Management team and the Enterprise Ad Sales Team to align on account‐level strategy and execute effectively across complex franchise structures.
Responsibilities
* Own the full sales cycle for franchise partners, from outbound outreach and pitching through to campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
* Consistently hit sales targets, driving revenue growth across Promotions, Sponsored Listings, and other key sales objectives set by leadership.
* Partner cross‐functionally with Enterprise Account Owners to design and execute franchise‐level strategies that educate and engage operators in DoorDash's marketing solutions.
* Lead high‐impact sales conversations through direct outreach, virtual meetings, in‐person presentations, and large‐scale webinars or training sessions.
* Build scalable sales programs and trusted relationships across a high volume of independently owned franchise locations, influencing key decision‐makers and driving long‐term adoption.
We're excited about you because...
* 5+ years of experience in fast‐paced, high‐volume sales or account management roles, with proven success closing deals in short sales cycles.
* A strong passion for sales and a demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
* A background in Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Retail Media, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
* Confidence in presenting campaign performance, leading strategic business discussions, and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Experience in eCommerce or QSR Enterprise Sales is preferred, along with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Google Workspace.
