Accounts Assistant (AR & AP) | Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Fixed-Term (Maternity Leave Cover)
We're looking for a detail-focused individual to join our Finance team in a part-time Accounts Assistant role, supporting the team while a valued employee is on maternity leave. This is a fixed-term position, offering flexibility and a great opportunity to gain valuable experience with Nubco.
As an Accounts Assistant, you'll be a key member of our Finance team, supporting both Accounts function. The role is fast-paced and varied, giving you the opportunity to work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep our finance processes running smoothly. You'll be based at our Devonport Support Office and work alongside a small, supportive finance team. This role is part-time (up to 25 hours per week) with flexible start and finish times to suit your personal commitments. The position is offered as a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities
* Reviewing and entering supplier invoices into the system
* Matching invoices to purchase orders where required
* Responding to customer and supplier account queries
* Assisting with reconciliations and reporting
* Supporting general finance administration and data entry
