Role Overview

We are seeking professionals to support adolescents and young adults with disabilities, helping them navigate life from adolescence through early adulthood.


About The Position

* Led the interdisciplinary team that plans a person's therapy package, acting as the main contact for participants and their families.
* Utilised assessment and intervention skills to support youth participants achieve their goals in education, personal development, social interactions, and working life.
* Worked within the social model, delivering therapy in diverse settings, such as homes, schools, workplaces, and community centres.
* Held meaningful conversations with participants and their supports.
* Empowered participants and their families to develop healthy habits and routines.
* Built strong relationships with participants and their supports.
* Documented each session using our online participant management system.


Essential Requirements

* Minimum 12 months experience working with youth aged 10-24.
* A positive approach to work.
* Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
* Commitment to personal and professional growth.
* Demonstrated experience working with people with disabilities.
* Ability to meet billable targets.
* A valid Australian driver's license.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check.
* Working with Children's Check.
