Position Overview
Salary Range: $65,166.42 to $75,733.98 on a pro‐rata basis per annum + super (subject to skills and experience).
We are looking for a self‐motivated person to join our engaging team and take part in supervising users in our pool facilities, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include caring for the environment and the community of the Northern Beaches.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure adequate supervision is provided to maintain a safe environment for all users, including overseeing pools and surrounding areas.
* Assist the operations team and senior lifeguard in ensuring that the pools, buildings, grounds, and equipment are cleaned and maintained to meet community expectations for service delivery.
* Execute preventive measures, conduct rescues, initiate emergency protocols as necessary, and ensure compliance with facility regulations while enhancing the customer experience through diligent reporting and documentation.
