For Inspection Managers, Assistant Property Managers and Property Inspection Officers to ensure timely inspections and compliant reporting for a family-owned real estate office. A permanent full-time role within a small, supportive business environment.
- Requires: Proven experience managing residential property inspections with strong communication, compliance knowledge and use of inspection software.
- Salary guide: $70,000 - $75,000 per annum.
- Location: south-eastern suburbs of Victoria.
Your normal day will involve:
- Owning and coordinating inspection programs across a rental portfolio of approximately 230 properties.
- Conducting routine ingoing and outgoing inspections, preparing detailed condition reports with photo/video evidence.
- Capturing, annotating and logging maintenance issues, prioritising and following up to resolution.
- Liaising with tenants and owners to schedule inspections and communicate findings clearly.
- Updating CRM and inspection management systems promptly post-inspections.
- Issuing notices and entries compliant with tenancy legislation and escalating urgent risk or hazard items immediately.
- Managing open home inspections on Saturdays with time off provided during weekdays.
- Utilising mobile devices and software daily within a localized territory to avoid extensive travel.
