About The Role
As a Beauty Host, you are more than a Beauty Advisor - you are a brand ambassador, storyteller, and creator of memorable guest experiences. In this role, you'll work as part of a supportive boutique team to deliver consistent, elevated customer service and contribute to boutique performance targets.
You will need to have flexible availability, including weekends.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.
* Develop and share expertise in L'Occitane products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
* Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
* Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences. -
* Master POS and clientele systems while representing the brand at events. -
* Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
About You
* You have at least 1 year's retail experience, ideally in skincare or fragrance.
* You are a team player, professional and results driven.
* You deliver an exceptional guest experience - every time.
* You are respectful, positive, energetic and enthusiastic.
