Drive Operational Excellence as a Change Management Lead.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end change management processes, ensuring compliance with standardized policies and service level agreements.
* Facilitate high-impact and emergency changes by chairing the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings.
* Review complex changes for readiness, impact, and risk mitigation, collaborating with stakeholders to validate plans and rollback strategies.
* Monitor and analyze change success rates, trends, and compliance metrics across vendors, identifying opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement.
