About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic sales professional who thrives on solving problems, connecting with customers, and making every interaction count.
This is a hands-on role involving a high level of manual work, offering plenty of variety and opportunities to continuously learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to walk-in and phone-based customers
* Support customers with product advice and tailored solutions, helping them find exactly what they need
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, with a focus on turning problems into positive outcomes
* Work closely with our teams and other departments to keep operations running smoothly
* Maintain accurate order processing and inventory transactions using SAP (training provided)
* Take pride in keeping the counter and warehouse areas clean, safe, and well-organized
* Look out for new local sales opportunities and help our team meet branch goals

* You bring previous experience in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role
* You communicate clearly, confidently, and with a positive attitude
* You're proactive, reliable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when it counts
* Basic computer skills are essential; SAP experience is a plus
* Knowledge of welding, fabrication or trades is great – but not essential if you're willing to learn
* You enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to shared success
