About the Role:
As a Junior Receptionist, you will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You will support day-to-day administrative tasks while gaining valuable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
* Record and manage incoming work leads accurately
* Complete and maintain required documentation and records
* Monitor and restock office supplies and materials
* Order company gear, equipment, and staff uniforms as needed
* Communicate with clients via email and provide basic updates
* Assist with maintaining company insurance records and ensuring they are up to date
* Track and check staff training and compliance requirements
* Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail
* Provide general administrative and personal assistant support to the director
Skills & Requirements:
* No prior experience required
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document handling)
