About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute the company people strategy in alignment with business objectives.
* Lead HR initiatives that strengthen organisational effectiveness, engagement and adaptability.
* Provide expert HR advice on talent management, recruitment, ER/IR, WHS and performance.
* Champion organisational design and change management programs.
* Mentor and coach leaders to build leadership capability across the group.
* Lead HR operational functions including recruitment, learning and development, performance management and succession planning.
* Oversee HR compliance and reporting, ensuring policies align with legislative requirements.
