Job Description
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering specialized clinical services and leadership as a member of a multidisciplinary community mental health team.
The successful candidate will be accountable for an advanced level of practice, ensuring the coordination of patient-centered clinical practice, participating in the provision of skilled nursing care, and supporting the multidisciplinary team to meet performance, safety, and clinical governance standards.
This role requires a registered nurse who can demonstrate expertise in contemporary mental health nursing, possessing high-level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. The ideal candidate will also possess advanced clinical leadership qualities recognized at service level, with the ability to provide operational leadership and manage quality improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert-level clinical advice and guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
