The Role
Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (FIFO/Port Hedland based)
You will be responsible for delivering a high quality of workmanship on Volvo, UD & Mack products through scheduled maintenance and repairs, and assisting on the 24 hour break down roster. As a Dealership, you will have full access to diagnostic information, product specialists, specialist tooling, and ongoing training to develop your skills as the product evolves.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this opportunity you must demonstrate experience as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or Auto-Electrician, including:
- Relevant trade certificate in Heavy Vehicle
- MC Licence (highly desirable)
- Strong fault diagnosing skills using computer systems
- Excellent time management
- A positive and proactive approach to your work
- The ability to work well within a small team environment
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience in a retail environment and on Mack, UD and/or Volvo product is highly desirable
