Location: Hope Island / Gold Coast / Brisbane
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and manage high end residential / villa renovation projects.
* Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
* Work with designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scoping.
* Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout each phase of the renovation.
* Source and manage tradespeople and suppliers.
* Monitor site health and safety compliance.
* Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Resolve issues or delays effectively to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in residential construction or renovation management.
* Proven ability to manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously.
* Competency in project management software and construction budgeting.
* Relevant qualification in Building, Construction Management, or similar is preferred.

Pay: $6,500.00 – $8,500.00 per month
