Leadership Role
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales, serving customers, and supervising staff. Your purpose is to ensure the smooth operation of the store during your shift. You will support and guide team members in handling customer inquiries and work collaboratively as part of the store management team.
The Specifics:
* Opening and closing the store, as well as supervising shifts.
* Offering feedback to the team that is clear, constructive, and inspiring.
* Assisting in training and onboarding team members.
Your key responsibilities include managing stock levels to keep shelves stocked with products for our customers. Additionally, you will need to keep a keen eye out for any incidents or hazards to ensure everyone's safety. This role requires working evenings and weekends as part of the store management team.
