Join Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network as the Business Manager - Medical Services and lead the management, development, and optimisation of medical workforce operations.

Lead medical workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, credentialing, and training programs.
Manage and mentor the Medical Administration team, ensuring high-quality performance and development.
Drive business improvement, change management, and project implementation aligned with organisational goals.
Engage with clinical and executive stakeholders to deliver innovative, effective, and efficient medical services.
