What does the job look like?
Linfox has a full‐time permanent opportunity for an experienced HC truck driver to deliver products to retail stores in Rockhampton, QLD and some regional areas. This role is full‐time with day shift hours (7:00 am – 3:00 pm) and rotating Saturday work (6:00 am – 10:00 am).
Key areas
* Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus.
* Complying with the Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedure and being able to work unsupervised.
* Assisting with loading and unloading when required.
* Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.
* Communicating effectively with team members, managers and customers on a day‐to‐day basis.

Qualifications / Requirements
* Current HC licence.
* History of safe work practices.
* Familiarity with the Rockhampton metro area.
* Responsible manual handling experience.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
