Callaghan Motors is a well-established, family-owned automotive dealership proudly servicing the Warrnambool region for over 90 years. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our friendly and fast-paced team.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a motivated Parts Interpreter who enjoys variety and takes pride in providing exceptional service to both our workshop and retail customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Interpreting and supplying automotive parts to workshop technicians
* Assisting retail and trade customers with parts enquiries
* Ordering, receipting and managing stock
* Processing invoices, credits and warranty parts
* Maintaining accurate inventory and stock control
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter (preferred but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work well in a team and in a busy environment
* Current driver's licence
Experience with dealership systems and multiple franchises will be highly regarded.
