- Manage and lead a small, motivated sales team, implementing sales strategies set targets, working closely with the marketing team.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new markets and channel opportunities.
- Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rebates.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required. ** Ideally you will have**:
- Previous experience in Reginal / National Sales Management or similar role is highly regarded.
- Proven Successful team engagement and leadership.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
