About the Role
As a Workshop Technician, you will play an important role in supporting the Branch Manager in delivering high-quality driveline repair and manufacturing services. This hands-on position offers exposure to both workshop operations and branch support activities, providing valuable experience for future career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with workshop operations including driveshaft repair, assembly, manufacturing, servicing and balancing across light vehicles through to heavy machinery
* Support day-to-day branch operations, including administrative and organisational tasks
* Deliver excellent customer service while developing knowledge of existing and potential customers
* Perform repairs and maintenance on automotive components, equipment and machinery
* Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised workshop environment
* Provide general assistance to the wider team as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Previous experience within the mechanical or automotive industry
* Strong mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in automotive repairs
* High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
