About Your Role
As a People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP), you’ll partner with managers and leaders to create an exceptional people experience within their teams, fostering high engagement, productivity, and the achievement of operational and strategic objectives. You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape culture, support leaders, and drive strategic outcomes, directly influencing how teams grow, connect, and thrive across our organisation.
What You Will Be Doing
Providing high quality HR advice to all levels of the organisation
Managing employee relations matters from performance to dispute and grievance resolution to workplace investigations
Partnering with leaders to address their specific needs
Supporting managers in upskilling and developing their leadership capabilities
Bringing P&C strategies to life through data analysis, idea contribution, and project management
Guiding and supporting organisational change and process improvement
What we are looking for
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR advisory role
Bachelor of Business, HR or other relevant tertiary qualifications
The ability to work independently and contribute as part of a broader P&C team
Experience in project management, data analysis, reporting, presenting and coaching skills to help drive strategy forward
Deep understanding of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations frameworks
Experience in the Child Care/Education sector is desirable but not mandatory
