Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle maintenance needs, coordinate automotive repairs, and ensure timely and efficient service
Manage the workshop team
Demonstrate outstanding time management skills.
Proactive Sales and Fleet Customer Management.
As the first point of contact, ensure timely servicing of customer vehicles.
Requirements:
Highly organised and able to multi-task
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
A strong mechanical knowledge/background
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
A keen eye for detail
Confident and polite telephone manner
