The position requirements include, but are not limited to: Develop, review, and maintain manufacturing SOPs and technical documentation Support technical training, assessments, and competency matrices to build operator capability Maintain document control, training records, and audit readiness across manufacturing operations Collaborate with SMEs (Engineering, Trades, Production, Safety and Quality teams) to support operational excellence To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following: Cert IV or Diploma in Training & Assessment - highly desirable Proven experience writing SOPs, training materials, and manufacturing documentation Background in food manufacturing or similar FMCG environments Strong understanding of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP) and audit requirements Flexibility to occasionally support training activities across other shifts On Offer Day shift hours - Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm (occasional flexibility required) $100k super We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
