As the Customer Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and account management functions by delivering accurate, creative, innovative, and compelling programs in response to customer proposal briefs.
What you will be doing:
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and suppliers
* Ensuring successful delivery of RFPs and quotations, including research and compelling content
* Developing tailored proposals and detailed budgets aligned with client needs and project goals to support successful business outcomes
* Driving supplier engagement through strategic negotiation, fostering innovation, and building collaborative partnerships to enhance value and deliver competitive solutions
What you will bring to the role:
* Experience in the events industry or group travel industry
* Events operations experience
* Knowledge of procurement, product trends, and negotiating skills
* Technical proficiency with CRM and data analysis
* Experience in project management
