$111,798 – $132,585 salary package - includes base salary ($98,499 – $116,813), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (pro-rata)

About the role

We're building a talent pool for casual, temporary and permanent teaching opportunities in Hairdressing and Barbering at our Wagga Wagga and Albury campuses and are seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of students!

Share your industry knowledge and passion to help students develop the technical skills, creativity, and professionalism needed to succeed. Deliver practical, hands-on, industry-aligned training while staying connected to your profession and contributing to the future hairdressing and barbering workforce.

We encourage candidates with minimum Hairdressing qualifications, as well as those with additional Barbering experience or qualifications, to apply. About You

To be successful in the role, you will:

* Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at minimum hold a Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent.
* Have a minimum of three years/five years full-time post-qualification industry experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
* Hold evidence of the required teaching qualification to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET). See the candidate support document here for details.
* Be prepared to develop and maintain your VET knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency, and trainer/assessor competence.

Highly Regarded: Certificate III in Barbering (or equivalent) and demonstrated barbering or men's hair cutting skills.
