Offer description

Let's cut to the chase.

You've been around the blocks. You know your aggregates from your irrigation. You've seen projects run like clockwork – and others run like chaos. And now, you're looking for a role where your standards are not only met… but respected.

We're CPE Landscaping – and this is a career-defining role.

We're after a Project Manager who knows the ropes – someone who can step into a high-performing, deeply respected landscaping firm and manage multiple projects with confidence. Commercial landscaping is our game – think open space, playgrounds, schools, childcare, streetscapes – and we're looking for someone with a proven track record of running these kinds of jobs, end to end.

What's in the toolkit?

* Your ability to drive the financials: budgets, supplier approvals, subbie management, and on-site variations

* Your knack for programming and keeping everything on track using job management software tools such as SimPRO or Trade Trak

* Your standards for quality – you spot what others miss, and you expect your team to execute to the same level

* Your leadership – not just of sites, but of people. You bring foremen, trades, and stakeholders together

Based in Bendigo, this role gives you the chance to lead in your local patch with a business that backs its people. We've got the systems. The support. The clients. And we've got a spot for a gun PM who wants to make their mark.

Your experience

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

· years experience in project management/contracts administration/estimating in the commercial building industry

· Experience working with tier 1, 2 or 3 builders

· Experience with contracts, subcontractors and suppliers

· White card and working with children check (these can be obtained at a later date)

What's in it for you?

· A salary of up to $110,000 plus super, based on skills and experience

· Quarterly bonus worth $3000 at 100% to target

· A flat structure giving you access to all leaders

· A great team culture and supportive management

· Excellent on the job training

· Ongoing career development and growth opportunities

· Long standing relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers allowing smooth negotiations

· Working from one location in Bendigo

Why choose CPE?

· Big business, big capability. With over 40+ staff and a fleet of 30+ machines and vehicles, we scale up and deliver without missing a beat

· Victoria-wide reputation. From the suburbs of Melbourne to the regions of Bendigo and beyond, our name is known and respected

· We work with the best. Our clients trust us to deliver projects that matter — schools, developments, community spaces and more

· We're not new to this. 10+ years strong, and we're still growing. Our systems are dialed in, our sites run tight, and our culture attracts the right kind of people
