As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for our next superstar carpenter to join our team.
The Role
Working closely with our Site Managers and Project Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering high-end residential projects with a strong focus on workmanship, accuracy, and teamwork. Extensions, renovations and architectural new homes. We want YOU to join our team.
Key duties include:
* Reading and interpreting construction drawings and setting out works accurately
* Carrying out framing, fix-out, and finishing works to a high standard
* Installing doors, windows, skirtings, architraves, and hardware
* Working efficiently on daily site tasks without compromising quality
* Communicating clearly with trades, apprentices, and site leadership
* Identifying and flagging any material, measurement, or plan discrepancies early
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site
* Supporting projects through all stages of the build
About You
* Trade-qualified Carpenter
* Solid experience in residential construction (high-end builds highly regarded)
* Able to work independently and follow plans accurately
* Takes pride in workmanship and site presentation
* Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
* White Card and a valid driver's licence required
* Own tools preferred
