The role
Crown's premium restaurants offer refined dining, elevated service, and memorable guest experiences across a diverse range of cuisines and concepts.
As a member of our front‑of‑house and bar teams, you'll bring energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality to every shift. Whether crafting premium beverages, supporting bar operations, or delivering polished table service, you'll help uphold the standards that define Crown's signature dining experience.
We're currently seeking Bar Attendants, Bar Stewards, and Waitstaff to join our premium restaurant venues on a part-time basis.
In these roles, you will bring joyful and attentive service, including:
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Ensuring a seamless dining experience through time management and multitasking
* Demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent menu/product knowledge
About you
You'll bring the following:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy bar, premium restaurant, or similar fast‑paced hospitality environment.
* Strong cocktail knowledge (Bar Attendants).
* Solid understanding of wine and beverage service.
* A warm, polished, and professional approach.
* A reliable and trustworthy attitude.
Additional Information
To be successful, you will:
* Hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid RSA Certificate.
* Be available to work across a rotating roster of daytime and evening shifts.
* Be confident making classic and venue‑specific cocktails (Bar Attendants).
* Demonstrate consistency and reliability in all aspects of service.
