We are hiring a Waterpark Attendant to welcome guests and ensure everybody entering the waterpark has the correct wristband for entry.
This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet guests and ensure correct wristbands are worn upon entry
* Monitor guest behaviour and enforce waterpark rules
* Maintain cleanliness of the waterpark area, including tables, bins, and gardens
* Report issues such as parking, cleaning needs, or safety concerns to Reception
* Support team communication and follow WHS procedures, escalating emergencies as needed
About You
* Hold current First Aid certificate and Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
* Strong customer service and cross-department communication
* Able to work independently, make decisions, and raise concerns confidently
* Physically capable of occasional lifting, cleaning, and pool assistance
* Brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to the team
