Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional ready to make a meaningful impact in a high-performing professional services environment? We're seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director (MD) and executive team. In this pivotal role, you'll help drive the execution of key 12-month strategic projects, ensuring operational efficiency and enabling senior leaders to deliver on major organisational priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, travel, and correspondence.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
* Coordinate board and executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
* Support the MD and executive team in monitoring and reporting on strategic initiatives.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
* Oversee general office operations and administrative support functions as required.
* Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
* Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
YOUR WINNING FORMULA
* Proven experience as an EA or in a similar executive support role (2+ years).
* Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
* Experience in financial services or professional services (preferred).
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline (desirable).
