We’re looking for an organised and proactive Events Coordinator to join our Corporate Affairs and Community team on a 12-month contract. This is a hands-on role based in our Sydney office, supporting a busy events calendar that spans internal and external experiences across the country. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that delivers high-impact events aligned with Westpac’s brand and purpose. From packing boxes of event materials to managing logistics and suppliers, you’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly — even when things get hectic. This role is 5 days a week in the office, so we’re after someone who thrives in a face-to-face, fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a team that gets things done. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the delivery of multiple events, from planning through to execution Coordinating logistics, suppliers, and communications Packing and preparing event materials for shipping and setup Running errands and assisting with on-the-ground tasks Managing calendars and timelines across multiple projects Working closely with stakeholders to keep things on track What we’re looking for: Someone who’s proactive, thinks on their feet, and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves Strong attention to detail and time management skills Comfortable working under pressure and juggling competing priorities Confident communicator with solid stakeholder and supplier relationship skills Tech-savvy with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote A team player who’s happy to pitch in wherever needed Why join us?
