This role is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical care, assessments, and culturally appropriate treatments to remote communities in East Arnhem Land.
As a Podiatrist, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support client wellness and independence. This involves traveling every second week to different Miwatj communities, where you will provide healthcare services and help people stay connected to their community and living safely at home.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to Aboriginal Community Control and self-determination.
* A tertiary qualification in Podiatry with current AHPRA registration and a minimum of three years of clinical experience is essential.
* Applicants should demonstrate expertise in managing acute and chronic foot conditions, knowledge of primary health and aged care contexts, and principles of chronic disease prevention.
We are seeking a dedicated professional who can collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment, communicate effectively, and travel regularly within the Miwatj region.

This is a full-time, fixed-term role until 30 June 2027. You will be based in either Darwin or Nhulunbuy, with accommodation not provided.

* A competitive salary of $106,953 - $112,850 per annum, plus superannuation.
