This role involves a combination of administrative coordination, project support, and communication with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure everything runs to schedule and within budget.This role is responsible for (but not limited to):Coordinating project meetings and tracking activitiesManaging project cost tracking documentationOverseeing display fixtures inventory and approving stock requests for retail storesSupporting store facilities team, reviewing logged jobs, and liaising with contractors where requiredObtaining and reviewing quotes against project scopeMaintaining procurement and project documentationCoordinating orders and deliveries with internal teams such as warehouse, IT, safety and merchandisingScheduling works with contractors and suppliers, whilst ensuring compliance requirements are metBuilding strong working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholdersTHE PERSON…You're a natural organiser with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
