Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Network Manager to oversee the execution of administrative processes, payroll, and customer invoicing functions across our NSW Network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and validate time and attendance data in Workforce Dimensions (Kronos) for payroll and labour hire purposes.
* Verify, approve, and submit weekly payroll reports with accuracy.
* Oversee subcontractor payments and customer invoicing with timely reconciliations.
* Resolve invoice discrepancies and issue credits or adjustments as required.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Supervise, train, and support site administration staff to ensure adequate staffing levels.
* Administer accounts payable, reconcile revenue, and manage outstanding debts.
* Maintain and document site and operations system procedures.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administrative or support roles.
* Familiarity with time and attendance systems like Workforce Dimensions (preferred) or Kronos.
* Strong computer literacy.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work under pressure with a keen eye for detail.
