Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of our organisation through effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent that aligns with our mission to serve our community and customers.
* Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to build a diverse pipeline of top candidates through various channels including social media, professional networks, and recruitment technologies.
* Enhance organisational culture and efficiency by ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to inclusivity, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Required Skills:

* Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably in fast-paced environments.
* Strong abilities in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media, professional networks, and recruitment technologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with applicant tracking systems and Human Resource Information Systems.
* Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail capable of prioritising multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Education and Experience:

* A Certificate IV or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources.
* Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding and offboarding.
