Responsibilities
* Provide general obstetrics and gynaecology services to the hospital.
* Support the Director of Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
* Cover Women's Services on a short‐notice basis during day or out of hours.
* Participate in a 2‐day onboarding period and complete all mandatory training.
Essential Selection Criteria
* Basic medical degree, registrable with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA).
* Fellowship of the Royal Australasian New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG).
* Specialist qualifications in Obstetrics and Gynaecology recognised by the National Specialist Qualifications Advisory Committee.
* Current Working with Children Check.
* Ability to work collaboratively with senior medical and midwifery staff.
