The Role:
As a Receptionist, you'll be the friendly first face our members see and the energy that keeps the club buzzing. Whether you're greeting members, answering calls, or whipping up protein shakes, you'll deliver exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Greet and assist members at reception and in the café
* Answer calls, manage enquiries, and support with class bookings
* Help parents book their kids into Kids' Cartel
* Prepare coffee and protein shakes in our café
* Support product and membership sales
* Keep reception and café areas clean, tidy, and stocked
* Perform opening and closing duties
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Availability throughout December & January (closed Christmas Day only)
* Previous customer service experience and great communication skills
* A positive, can‐do attitude and a genuine passion for fitness
* Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
* Flexibility to work shifts suited to gym operations
* Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
