Pool Supervisor
Our pool team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pool Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pools, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Job Description:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of lifeguards and other staff members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of pool facilities, equipment, and surroundings.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
* Monitor and maintain accurate records of pool chemical levels, filtration systems, and other essential equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment.
* Current Royal Life Saving Pool Lifeguard Certificate and Advanced First Aid Certificate.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
