About the role An exciting role with a multinational, industry-leading organisation currently exists in order to fill a key role in their team. This Finance Business Partner position will help provide insightful analysis into key performance trends that exist in order to drive the positive financial direction of the company. Initially this will be a long-term 12 month fixed term contract role, however there is the genuine for extension and/or permanency. The responsibilities Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: Support, own and lead the short-and-long-term reporting, budgeting and forecasting cycle (including end-to-end P&L management) for the business unit Commercially business partner with the business unit on their weekly operations to support both review and execution of performance Support financial modelling for business cases; including innovative new business initiatives and scenario analysis for investment decisions Build effective cross-functional relationships with your stakeholders to influence, challenge and execute initiatives; delivering business unit objectives Identify and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, aligning with the dynamic operating model. Ad-hoc project work as required The successful applicant will have Ideally, you will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross functionally within the business will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will have a strong attention to detail, enjoy cross-functionally partnering with senior stakeholders and feel comfortable working in a changing, enhancing and transformative environment.
